When I became involved with Roofbuddy, I saw an opportunity to help an exceptional business get even better. I worked with the team to improve reporting, prepare and pass external audits, transition financial statements over to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and prepare and complete a very successful Series A equity raise. I also worked alongside the leadership team to assess and action various growth initiatives including the launch of Guardian Steel.

Successful Capital Raise

I led the transition over to NZIFRS and conducted competitive processes to source our legal and audit providers. I guided us through our Audit and supported the Founder with a highly successful Series A raise.

Smart Manufacturing

I helped the founder determine if it made sense for Roofbuddy to expand into the manufacture of steel roofing. Guardian Steel was provisioned with state of the art manufacturing equipment that facilitates our ability to produce high quality steel roofing at better prices then our competitors.

Customer Support & Warranty

I supported the team in providing reliable assistance and warranty coverage, making sure projects are completed smoothly and transparently.
