My Journey
I didn’t set out to be a “typical investor.” In fact, I’ve always resisted that label. I wanted to build businesses, not just fund them. That mindset led me to launch and grow ventures in healthcare, roofing, and professional staffing. These industries might look different on the surface, but all share one thing in common: they solve real problems for real people.
Third Age Health (TAH)
Established in 2010, the company has grown into New Zealand’s leader in primary care services for older adults in retirement villages and aged care facilities. Today, it is listed on the NZX (ticker: TAH), and my focus is on driving growth through profitable acquisitions.
Roofbuddy Limited
Founded in 2021 as the marketplace for roofing services in New Zealand, the business expanded in 2025 into supplying high-quality Guardian Steel roofing material to close a critical gap in the NZ steel roofing market. My next step? Expanding to Australia’s east coast.
Navitas Consulting Group
Launched in Singapore in 2021, Navitas provides high-calibre senior staff with a focus on IT and Finance/Accounting professionals. Through this venture, I help small and medium-sized businesses overcome staffing challenges so they can grow without limits.
Third Age Health
grew from the belief that older adults in New Zealand deserved better primary care. Today, it’s an NZX-listed company leading the sector.
Roofbuddy
started as a simple idea to connect homeowners with reliable roofers. Now, it’s reshaping the steel roofing market and eyeing expansion across the Tasman.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on game ideas to test mechanics, gameplay flow, and user experience.

was born out of a need I saw in Singapore: small and medium businesses struggling to find top-level talent. We stepped in to bridge that gap, and the results speak for themselves.
